About the role
We are seeking a Chief Compliance & Risk Officer to help build strong controls for AML/CFT, KYC, reporting, and operational risk.
What you will do
- Lead compliance and risk management processes across the company.
- Support regulatory engagement and internal control design.
- Help establish frameworks that support trust, growth, and resilience.
What we are looking for
- Deep experience in fintech compliance, risk operations, or regulated financial services.
- Good understanding of KYC, AML, reporting, and governance.
- Ability to build practical controls without slowing delivery.
Nice to have: 3+ years in regulated fintech or financial services leadership is valuable, but strong expertise and judgment are essential.
