About the role
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help shape financial discipline, planning, and long-term capital readiness for the company.
What you will do
- Lead financial planning, controls, and reporting.
- Support treasury, forecasting, and investor readiness.
- Work closely with leadership on prudent growth decisions.
What we are looking for
- Strong financial management experience in startups, tech, or regulated sectors.
- Ability to balance growth ambition with control and discipline.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
Nice to have: 3+ years of senior finance leadership is valuable, but strong financial judgment and execution are even more important.
