About the role
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to help build the operating engine behind our growth, service delivery, and customer success.
What you will do
- Lead daily operations and improve execution across teams.
- Support customer support, onboarding, and internal process design.
- Help create the systems that make scaling reliable and disciplined.
What we are looking for
- Strong operating experience in fintech, services, or scaled startups.
- Ability to structure chaos into repeatable processes.
- Leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have: 3+ years of senior operations leadership is valuable, but practical experience and strong judgment matter just as much.
